Most websites are completed within 2–4 weeks depending on the complexity. The Starter package typically takes 1–2 weeks, Professional takes 3–4 weeks, and Enterprise projects are scoped individually. We always agree a timeline upfront.
Do I own my website after you build it?
Absolutely. You own 100% of your website, domain and content. We hand everything over to you on completion. We're not a subscription-only service — you're never locked in.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Ideally your logo, brand colours and any existing content (text, photos). Don't worry if you don't have these — we can help with copywriting, stock photography and logo design as add-ons.
Do your websites rank on Google?
Every website we build is built with SEO best practices — clean code, fast load times, proper headings, meta tags and structured data. For serious ranking results, our monthly SEO plans take things further with ongoing keyword strategy and content.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes — all our websites are built on WordPress, the world's most user-friendly CMS. We also provide a short training session so you can update text, images and blogs yourself with confidence.
What if I need changes after launch?
All packages include a 30–90 day support period for tweaks and fixes. After that, our maintenance plans cover ongoing updates, or we can quote for any specific changes on an ad-hoc basis.
Do you work with businesses outside Bedford?
Yes! Whilst we're proudly based in Bedford, we work with clients across the UK. All our consultations can be done via video call or phone, so location is no barrier.
